First, you get your source.
Then you start with an H drawing pencil. The H is the lightest, which helps you get an outline, and if you mess up, it's easy to erase.
Continue with the H pencil, forming the eyes, nose and mouth. His arms are covered with tattoos, as well as a tiger skined shooting sleeve.
Now take your B pencil and start darkening the lines.
As you can see on Lillards left arm, the tattoos and sleeve almost flow together like one big tattoo.

Now that all the linework is done, it's time to shade.
With his arms, you can use a B shading pencil to color in the tattoos, and then blenders to shade through to add his skin. It also ages the tattoos, because it's not like dame got them yesterday.
